Patient Directions:

Apply once a week for six weeks, and then pause for one month. Leave on face 1 to 3 minutes depending on your skin’s sensitivity. Rinse area with water at any sign of redness or discomfort. If uncomfortable irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your skin care specialist. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. Do not rub into skin. If contact occurs in eye, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. *Note: Every patient will react differently to glycolic stimulation; a medical professional should evaluate patient’s skin to determine length of time and pH level that can be tolerated.

Glycolic / Lactic Combination Peel

Combined, Glycolic and lactic acid work synergistically to exfoliate the skin while reducing irritation and dryness. Because of glycolic acid’s molecular structure, it penetrates quicker and deeper than other AHAs to perform at all levels of the skin. Lactic acid is an effective yet gentle AHA that increases moisture levels by stimulating the productions of glycosaminoglycans. By accelerating the cell renewal process, stimulating collagen synthesis and improving elastin fibers in the dermis, this light chemical peel revitalizes photodamaged skin and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

What Will Happen When I Use This Product:

Several layers of surface skin will be exfoliated very quickly… within 10-12 minutes. There is no noticeable peeling, just a sloughing action that will leave your skin feeling smooth and looking refreshed. The dry, dead, glued-together surface sebum that makes skin look dull and clogs pores, will be dissolved and removed. With continued use as directed the skin will look more youthful and vibrant.

About Glycolic Acid

Glycolic Acid is the most adaptable and beneficial AHA. Its tiny molecular structure is precisely what makes its penetration the superior benefit over all other AHAs. It enters the epidermis to accelerate the body’s exfoliation process.
