Frequently Asked Questions

After performing a chemical peel regimen for the recommended six weeks, do I need to take a break before beginning another one?

Yes, your skin needs time to heal before beginning another series of peels. It is alright to use spot treatments during the break, though. Determining the length of the break will depend on your skin type and how your skin has reacted to the peels. For example, if your skin is fair and the peels have caused a lot of persistent irritation, you should take a full month off. On the other hand, if you have darker and more resilient skin, you may only need to take 2 weeks off.
