1. How much shipping time can I expect for an international order?
   Most international shipments are delivered within 9-14 days but occasionally items are delayed when clearing customs. You can sometimes get a status by checking the customs tracking number, but these numbers are not updated consistently, so a lack of a status update should not cause concern.
2. Where is Skin Laboratory located?
   Skin Laboratory is located in Texas, but we ship orders worldwide. 3. Do you accept credit cards or money orders?
   We prefer a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. We will accept money orders, made payable to Skin Laboratory, but we feel this is not the best option because of the increased amount of time required.
